Awakening through Empathy and Love

As we undertake the journey of awakening, compassion and love naturally arise. Awakening people feel more connected to all other beings and have a strong impulse to help others and heal the world. Empathy and love stem from our essential oneness. We love each other because, ultimately, we are each other. 

Steve Taylor will guide us through exercises and meditations to cultivate connection and experience our fundamental unity. We will also transcend group identity, learning to see all human beings as interconnected, sharing the same common core. We will cultivate altruism and unconditional love to all human beings.
