About this Session
When we talk about the mind, body, and heart in the context of the awakening process, it can be helpful to explore which perceptual filters are encountered in each of these spaces. There are specific experiential insights that correlate to these three aspects of the human experience. You could call these insights, and the resulting dissolution of corresponding perceptual filters, “stages” of awakening.
In this talk which will be followed by a Q&A, we will explore and unpack these perceptual filters or distortions that obscure our true nature in moment-to-moment experience.
