About this Session
It may be that you have suffered through sickness, anger, reaction, contraction, pain, trauma, comparison or fear. And you felt your body to be uncomfortable. You felt emotional/mental distress. Your true eternal timeless nature is consciousness and is experienced as peace, joy and happiness. Our real nature is to be alert and aware to whatever appears and disappears to you, moment to moment. The body is a contraction, a construction, an image, a pattern, a memory, resistance, beliefs, memory and conditioning. The mind is a collection of thoughts and emotions appearing in consciousness. What you are is beyond the body and mind, yet encompassing it completely.
How can we be free from this conditioning? How can we be free from suffering? How can we be knowingly awake?
